The issue regarding image processing has been resolved. All check in flows should be operating normally.
The issue seems to be around file uploads as part of the checkin process. This includes photo capture, id capture and agreement signatures.
We are experiencing issues with communications between the Receptionist iPad app and our web servers. We are currently investigating the problem and will update you when we know more.
