SMS Message not working
Our SMS text notifications are now back online. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
The problem with sending SMS messages has been identified and partially fixed.
We are still waiting for our SMS provider to Fully resolve the problem with SMS messages for our US based customers.
We have worked with our SMS provider to remediate the issue.
Currently some messages are being sent, but others are still experiencing issues.
All of our customers are experiencing an issue where their SMS text notifications are not being sent.
We have identified the problem with our text message carrier and are working on implementing a fix.
